It was a really heartwarming session personally because it was much needed for me to talk to someone about it who can understand and I'm happy i made the right choice. It unsure about myself which i get and now I can set my boundaries because of it .I will definitely approach ma'am if I even find myself in any dilemma or a bad experience

When i met Tapati Madam, I was totally confused and not able to take decision for my life. As well as I was not able to decide what to do next. But after having a talk with madam, I have clarity in my mind. Also i have set two primary goals for next 2 weeks for becoming responsible and good engineer That one a)Morning exercise and running b) 1hr. focus study in evening c) Giving math's tuition I would suggest just believe in yourself. listen to your parents & teachers.
My experience with mam is very nice & am able to talk out every thing which comes in my way These type of interactions should happen ones every 15 days so that we can get the solutions as well suggestions for our problem. mam always listen to all our things carefully and always gives proper solution I personally find this having beneficial for myself & would feel great to have another session with mam.

Basically I was suffering from anxiety fear, loneliness so I get to know that I have problem at acceptance I am not able to accept things due to lot of expiration from people might hurt me & everyone has diss personality so we can't change there's people personality other priorities all to us but thing we can do is to more ourself our priority change our mindset. This point was very happy I just try it, this session was very helpful again i'm saying thank you ma'am.

The discussion was purely unbiased, and the talks was very normal from this I learned that no one's small or grouter than you everyone is equal and I will treat them some as me And in future I won't be letting others feel disrespectful or feel low. I'll report the some as I repeat others should behave to me.
In this session, I overcome with new decisions in my life that i will never go on wrong path ever again, this session made me realize that things i have done is really hilarious and now I take full responsibility of myself that I will score really good in my NAP exams. Mam was really kind, she values my thoughts and understood my words she is kind such a kind hearted person and give me a path to walk on . I'll always come to meet mam in 15 days and after on.
So, actually i was confused a lot regarding the things going on in present about which i discussed with mam. mam actually explained in a very structured manner. She explained every topic in a detailed way so that I can get my answer in a proper way I also got to know a lot of things i didn't know more options that i can pursue I was also confused regarding my daily schedule, evaluation to which she explained everything in a very amazing way and with various examples. and the most important thing is that she made me comfortable enough that i can share my personal things with her, because before meeting her, I was cant used that should i approach her or not, So yes this meeting literally helped me a lot Thank you so much mam.
The session clearly helped me getting the dirt out of mind and it was good as the things I was carrying for a long come to an end the main thing is that whatever problem is there do not carry them for a long time. I was not able to have a clear mindset as of the confusion going on but as it has gone i got the main point to focus on. The suggestion for people is that it is not a good thing to mind problem which can be solved easily in my 15-20 min session I got my long term problem solved so it is better to visit her as she is best at the work.
In my opinion, there must be physical as well as mental exercise apart from studies to keep the students physically and mentally healthy. Students must go through yoga classes for at least 30 minutes everyday. So far i have realised that youths are spending lot of their time on social media and gradually they are shifting themselves towords lonliness. As well as most of the time they used to spend their life in sinful activities. So they should be given proper knowledge about opposite genders. Today most of us get influenced by reels and as it clearly stated that "positive in positive out" and "Garbage in garbage out". There must be any-solution for these. I request to concerned panel for some necessary steps before it is too late.
I met tapati mam for the very first time in the month of nov. 22, when dept. induction was there. I was not knowing that she is a wellness coach then i come to her for personal counseling and i got some points where I have to work with. She was very polite to me and she is always. for students, there should be one weekly session on how to develop your mental health. I obliged that tapati mam has taken my session and help me to work on myself. Thank you Mam.

I felt unhappy about my past relationship and was very worried regarding myself. I was feeling very lonely and burdend but of her I consulted to ma'am thighs got in to my brain, the situation was handled with me my feeling at the end of the conversation with ma'am in that I'm feeling very light now satisfied and have a way right now. the smile on my face and my heart was back Thank you ma'am.
The conversation with mam was wonderful, before the conversation I have the guilt of being involve with someone who is not good for me and not valuing my feeling, love and thoughts for him. for him I was a immature girl Now he is going to get married, best wishes for him but I will never forgive him for doing such thing with me ,I basically think think he used me with some purpose. after the conversation with I feel relief and confident and move a head and focused on my future so that I can show him I'm not immature girl and I will be more success what he didn't even think.
Before I entered in mam cabin I was thinking about my problem what I will discussed from mam in the cabin and after then when I am entering and 5 min. after entered in the cabin I were nervous and after some time I will comfortable and discussing problem with mam very nicely and mam give solution about my problem very nicely and review is very nice in the mam's cabin and mam also.
Today is the second time I met to Tapati mam before i am having so much doubt and unclearing for subject after i met i am so having much thing that can make my decision in a perfect way. jab main pehli bar mam se mila tab tak mujhe yeh nhi pata tha ki mujhe kyu?, kya?, kese?, kab karna hai par jab mam se mila to sabse pehli chiz jo mujhe sabse acchi lagi wah mam ka nature jisse main apane aap ko samjh paya aur apne aap mein clear diya wah hai "aap khud se puchiyeaap kyu karna chahte hai" and Thank you so much maam for my mentally cleaning.
